李小龙一直受到世人尊崇,他在电影与武术技击方面的成功客观上为中国武术的发展做出了突出贡献,人们视他为武圣。通过对李小龙与截拳道的研究和分析,得到若干启示:1)中国武术必须突出实战技术的研究;2)武术技术须以简约为好;3)武术表演艺术应建立在高超的技击技能之上;4)武术须与哲学结合,通过技击将培养人的道德、理智、自信等作为教学的重要目标。5)一分为二地看待李小龙,他也是一个普通人,决不是"神"。

In this thesis, by the analyzing of Bruce Lee and his Jeet Kune 17）0, some enlightenments were obtained： Firstly, the Chinese Martial Arts must highlight the research of the actual combat technology; Secondly, the Martial Arts must take brief as good in technique; Thirdly, the Martial Arts performanee＇s art and standard of esthetic should on the basis of the Superb art of attack and defense skills; Fourthly, have to combine martial arts and philosophy, take the trainers＇ moral, rational and confidence as an important instruction goal through technical training; Fifth, we should be divided one into two to look at Bruce Lee, he is an ordinary person, not ＂God＂.
