摘要
通过拓展训练对大学生进行干预,考察其自我概念的变化。采用实验组、对照组前后测实验设计,以《田纳西自我概念量表》为测量工具。结果表明,实验组与对照组的后测结果具有显著性差异,实验组与对照组前后测差量之间也有具有显著性差异,对前测结果进行控制的协方差分析也表明实验组与对照组的组间具有显著性差异。说明研究设计的拓展训练方案能有效地改善大学生的自我意识,可以应用于高校心理健康教育与心理疾病的预防。
After organizing undergraduates to accept outward bound in the form of courses, changes are inspected in their self- concept. This study adopts pre- test and post - test of the experimental group and the reference group, experiment design and Tennessee Self Concept Scale was taken as a measuring tool. The experiment results show that, first, there are significant differences in the outcome of post - test between the experimental group and the ref- erence group; second, there are also differences between pre- test and post- test in both groups; third, the analysis of covariance in pre - test also shows remarkable difference between the two groups. As a result, it is proved that the designed outward bound in this study is an effective way to improve undergraduates' self- concept and could be applied to mental health education and mental disease prevention in colleges.
