阐明了军事体育学位与研究生教育的发展现状和态势,分析了当前学位与研究生教育存在问题及原因,就如何推进学位与研究生教育创新发展,提出了创新学科体系、拓宽教育平台、完善管控机制、优化导师队伍、抓好招生工作等思路和对策。

For the sake of the innovation of Disciplines and Postgraduate Education of military physical education, this article has an analysis of the present situation, the problems and the reasons of Disciplines and Postgraduate Education of our institute, and proposes some countermeasures such as innovating discipline system, consummating management mechanism, optimizing the tutor troop, paying special attention to recruiting students.
