任职教育背景下军事体育教学训练改革的启示

The Inspiration of the Professional Education for the Reformtion of the Military Physical Education

为培养适应现代战争作战需要的军事人才,各级军事院校由学历教育向任职教育转变,不断完善人才培养机制和相应的教学训练学科体系。主要是依据作战需要和任职教育特点及当前军事体育教学训练的现状,提出适应作战需要和任职教育特点的军事体育教学训练改革的思考与建议。

Most military school are shifting from educational trainning to professional trainning, continuously imporving the personnel trainning system and edcuational training subjects according to provide the qualified military personnel needed in modem wars and battles. Mainly according to the demands in wars, features in professional education and the present status of military physical education, this article raises some thinking and suggestion of military physical edeuation, which are reforming to meet the needs of demands in war and professional educational features.
