摘要 教师专业化的建设和发展已成为教育发展的必然趋势。高校教师专业发展的内涵应包括:教学、研究和社会服务的专业知识与精神的提升。而在教师专业化发展的众多话语中,专业精神的提升无疑是教师专业发展的基点与源泉。文章以目前我国高校教师专业发展的实际现状为背景,以英国教师专业发展研究为借鉴,提出促进高校教师专业精神培养及其发展的具体思路。 The professionalization of teachers has undoubtedly become a top agenda in educational research area. The teachers"development in higher education includes the promotion of professional knowledge and aspirations in the form of the learning, ro- search and social service. Professional aspirations, among other factors ( e. g. improvement of professional knowledge or profes- sional capahilities), is one of the key fundamental impetus which influences the teachers'professional development. This paper is to compare the current situation of the teachers'professional development of higher education in China and the parallel studies in this field in UK, and is to generalize an integrated approach that will stimulate professional aspirations and improve the present teachers'professlonal development in China.
