摘要
应用直流等离子体中阶梯光栅直读光谱仪进行纯钕中14个稀土杂质元素的分析,选定了干扰小、检出限低的最佳分析线,对干扰的来源和性质作了研究,从而拟定了纯钕中稀土杂质元素的分析方法。该方法的检出限在3~81μg/L,RSD(n=11)在1%~3.6%,加标回收率为92%~108%。方法已用于纯金属钕和氧化钕中杂质稀土的分析。
Analysis of 14 rare earth impurities in pure neodymium by DCP AES was reported in this paper. The optimum analytical lines with high sensitivity and low spectral interference were carefully chosen. The sources and properties of the interference were discussed. The detection limits of 3~81 μg/L for different rare earth impurities were provided by this method. The recoveries of standard addition were 92%~108% with precision of 1%~3.6% RSD( n =11). The method has been applied to the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in pure neodymium metal and neodymium oxide samples.
