摘要
介绍了一种真空紫外辐射强度仪的研制。仪器选用MgF2做窗口材料,使用的光电管为CuI光电阴极(以KI和Cu为原料通过电化学方法制备)。仪器具有良好的灵敏度和重现性,对于x=43μA的光电流测定11次,RSD=2.1%,线性相关系数r为0.99。光谱响应范围110~200nm。
A vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) photometer is described in this paper. The key component is a VUV phototube, which consists of MgF 2 window, CuI photocathode prepared from KI and Cu by electrochemical reaction, anode and glass shell. This photometer provides high sensitivity and good reproducibility. The photocurrent test shows that the precision is 2.1% RSD ( n =11) when average photocurrent =43 μA. The linear correlation coefficient is 0.99 and spectrum response range is 110 nm to 200 nm.
