中性粒细胞明胶酶相关性脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)——急性肾损伤新的生物学标志物

摘要 急性肾损伤既往的诊断标准主要包含血清肌酐浓度和尿量两个指标,其诊断的敏感度不高,中性粒细胞明胶酶相关性脂质运载蛋白作为急性肾损伤更具敏感性和特异性的新生物学标志物正越来越受到关注。 Serum creatinine concentration and urinary production are the two major biomarkers for the previous diagnostic standard of acute kidney injury which are of poor sensitivity, nowadays more attention are paid on a more sensitive and specific biomarker named NGAL.
