摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法测定猴头菇中K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe和Mn 7种金属元素含量。结果表明,猴头菇中含有较为丰富的金属元素,K、Ca、Fe、Mg和Zn的含量均较高,是一种营养价值较高的药食两用真菌,具有广阔的繁殖栽培市场。
The contents of seven metal elements K, Ca,Mg, Zn,Cu, Fe and Mn in Heircium erinaceus were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that Heircium erinaceus contained relatively abundant metal elements, K, Ca, Fe, Mg, and Zn contents were relatively high. Heircium erinaceus was a high nutritional value in medicine and food. It enjoyed a promising market with a broad breeding.
