本文从焊接应力和焊接变形的控制角度出发,对车架工艺进行研究和探讨,设计了一套组合式工装,减少了工装的多次定位,加工精度得到有效保证。
Bed is the indispensable component to slip steering loader.Its fabricate quality infect the engine's capability at first hand.The paper tries to research and applicate its technique from the control of the jointing stress and jointing distortion.
