摘要
采用基于塑性全量理论的一步成型法对车身典型帽形结构进行成型性研究,通过仿真和试验对比分析了成型历史对帽形结构耐撞性的影响。结果表明,与传统方法相比,考虑成型历史的碰撞结果与试验更接近。采用一步成型法对整车正碰关键吸能零件进行成型分析,考虑和不考虑冲压成型的碰撞仿真结果对比表明,冲压成型历史对整车正面耐撞性有重要影响。
The formability of typical hat structure in auto body was studied with the one step forming method based on total theory of plasticity, and the influence of forming history on crashworthiness of hat structure was investigated with simulation and experimental comparison. The resuhs demonstrate that compared with traditional method, the crash result that considers forming history is closer to test. Furthermore, some key energy-absorbing parts of the complete vehicle are analyzed with on step forming method, and the contrastive analysis of the crash simulation results of complete vehicle with and without forming history shows that the stamping history has significant effect on the crashworthiness of complete vehicle.
