交流示波极谱滴定法测定盐酸环丙沙星

DETERMINATION OF CIPORFLOXACIN HYDROCHLORIDE BY ALTERNATING CURRENT OSCILLOPOLAROGRAPHIC TITRATION

在ｐＨ４８的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ溶液中，加入过量的Ｎａ－ＴＰＢ与环丙沙星作用生成沉淀，过滤后用四乙基铵溶液滴定滤液中过量的ＴＰＢ，由交流示波极谱图上ＴＰＢ的切口消失指示终点。本法操作简便，终点直观、敏锐，已用于盐酸环丙沙星片剂的测定。

In the sodium acetate buffer solution(pH 4.8), an excessed sodium tetraphenylborat (Na-TPB) reacted with ciporfloxacin hydrochloride and then precipitate occurred. Excess TPB was titrated with standard tetraethylammonium iodide solution. The disappearance of incision on d E /d t-E curve of TPB indicated the titration end point. The method is both simple and accurate. It has been used to determination of ciporfloxacin hydrochloride in tablets with satisfied results.
