唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床研究

Clinical research of zoledronic acid in the treatment for bone pain with bone metastusis

目的:探讨唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的临床疗效。方法:选择辽宁省肿瘤医院2006年8月至2009年3月门诊及住院骨转移癌患者85例,均用药3周期后评价疗效。结果:局部疼痛控制CR 52例(61.2%),PR 22例(25.9%),总有效率为87.1%;活动能力改善情况显效49例(57.6%),有效18例(21.2%),总有效率78.8%;不良反应13例,占15.3%。结论:唑来膦酸可明显提高骨转移癌患者局部疼痛缓解率,延长局部疼痛缓解时间,提高生命质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical treatment for bone pain by zoledronic acid.Methods： Clinical data of 85 patients with bone metastusis treated from August 2006 to March 2009 were retrospectively analyzed after treated by zoledrenie acid 3 cycles. Results： The relieve pain CR rate were 61.1% （52/85）, the relieve pain PR rate were 25.8 % （22/85）, the total effect rate were 87.1%. The improve of activity marked rate were 57.6% （49/85）, The improve of activity commonly rate were 21.1% （18/85）, the total effect rate were 78.8%. The complications rate were 15.2% （13/85）. Conclusion： Zoledronic acid treatment for bone pain in bone metastusis can relieve pain, decrease and prevent skeletal complications of malignancy and improve quality of life.
