上海郊区发展研究:江苏昆山、江阴等地发展的启示与借鉴

A Study on Shanghai Suburb Development: Lessons from the Development of Kunshan City & Jiangyin City in Jiangsu Province

与江苏昆山、江阴等地相比,上海郊区发展的"灯下黑"现象到了非解决不可的时候了。通过全面、系统、深入的调研和思考,我们发现,与江苏昆山、江阴等地相比,上海郊区发展的差距并非是局部性的,而是整体性的系统不足;对于与江苏昆山、江阴等地相比的上海郊区发展中的落差,应该站在上海发展全局的高度来统筹谋划、全面认识,立足于市级和区级两个层面,关键在于加快形成城乡经济社会一体化新格局,助推上海郊区的进一步发展。

It is quite urgent to solve the problem of backwardness in Shanghai suburb development, compared with Kunshan City and Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. Through all-round research and reflection, the gap between Shanghai suburb and two citses in Jiangsu province does not lie in some areas but in the deficiency of all fields. As for the gap, Shanghai should design its suburb development in municipal and district levels. The key to the problem focuses on the new developmental pattern of urban and rural integration.
