The Design of a New-style Multifunction Spray-coating Room Used for the Machine Shop

针对目前进行机械厂工程设计时没有合适的涂装设备可选择的现状,通过对产品特性的研究,设计了一种桥式移动送风水旋喷烘两用喷漆室,满足了大型机械产品涂装的需要。介绍了该设备的组成、工作原理及主要技术参数。

In connection with current status of no suitable finishing equipments to select in the engineering design of mechanical factory,a moving-bridge-type spraying room with equiblast and water-retrieving painting were work out,which possess the spraying and baking dual-purpose,and can meet the finishing needs of large mechanical products.The equipment configuration,the working principle and technical parameter were also described.
