摘要
介绍了中国电力市场的概状,在分析对比国内外关于电力市场和市场有效性研究基础上,将市场有效性概念引入电力市场中。建立了电力市场有效性的概念,并描述了电力市场有效的特征,并提出可以用于评估电力市场有效性的指标体系。
An overview of China＇s power market was introduced in this paper. Based on the analysis and comparison of the researches about the power market and market efficiency theory both at home and abroad, the paper introduced the concept of market efficiency into the electricity market. Meanwhile, the paper putted forward the concept of the effectiveness of the electricity market described the characteristics of effective power market, and also proposed the index system used to assess the effectiveness of the electricity market.
