摘要
通过对某电力公司的分析,从人力资本、培训转化等基本理论出发,结合现有的培训评估模型,研究供电公司的培训评估机制的建立,并结合实际,设计出具体的培训评估流程,研究结果对同行业的其他供电公司具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on basic theories of human capital and training transfer, the establishment of training mechanism of power supply company was investigated. Taking existing training evaluation model into consideration, specific training evaluation process was designed based on practical. Other power supply companies can refer to the research results.
