HPLC测定愈骨疗伤胶囊中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量

Determination of Asperosaponin Ⅵ in Yugu Liaoshang Capsule by HPLC

目的采用高效液相法测定愈骨疗伤胶囊中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量。方法色谱柱Kromasil ODS-1C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(30∶70),检测波长:210nm,流速:1mL·min-1。结果川续断皂苷Ⅵ的线性范围是0.4～3.28μg(r=0.9995),回收率103.4%,RSD=1.76%。结论该方法简便快捷,结果准确可靠,可作为愈骨疗伤胶囊的质量控制手段。

OBJECTIVE To determine asperosaponin Ⅵ in Yugu Liaoshang capsule by HPLC.METHODS The chromatography procedure was carried out using Kromasil ODS-1 C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） as an analytic column and a mixture of 30 volume of acetonitrile,70 volume of water as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.RESULTS Asperosaponin Ⅵ line range was between 0.4 μg and 3.28 μg（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery and RSD of asperosaponin Ⅵ were 103.4% and 1.76%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality assess of Yugu Liaoshang capsule.
