摘要
根据我国供水行业技术进步的要求和灰口铸铁管铺设的特点,提出了灰口铸铁管运行状态评价方法。该方法确定了评价指示指标、指标的权重及分级标准,并基于贝叶斯理论将经验判断和决策推断结合起来评价灰口铸铁管的运行状态。采用灰口铸铁管的实际运行数据验证该方法,结果表明,该方法可以有效直观地判定管道的运行状态,为管理部门采用合理的顺序和方案来维护、更新管道提供了依据,为保证供水安全提供了理论支持。
A method of assessing the operation conditions of gray cast iron pipes is put forward based on the requirement for technical progress in water distribution industry in China and the characteristics of laying gray cast iron pipes. The method determines assessment indicators, weights and classification of indicators. Based on Bayesian theory, the experience estimation is combined with the decision inference to assess the operation conditions of gray cast iron pipes. This method is verified by real pipe data, and the results show that the method can effectively assess the operation conditions of gray cast iron pipes to help administration to maintain and replace pipes with reasonable order and scheme and ensure water supply safety.
