投加颗粒活性炭对膜生物反应器过滤特性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 膜污染是制约膜技术应用的重要因素。向膜生物反应器(MBR)中投加颗粒活性炭(GAC),通过分析MBR系统中膜通量、过滤阻力等的变化,考察投加GAC对MBR系统过滤特性的影响。结果表明,运行30d后,未投加和投加GAC的MBR系统的膜通量分别降至初始的31.3%和91.7%;未投加GAC系统的总过滤阻力和极化阻力分别为投加GAC系统的5.8和19.4倍,其污泥的多糖和蛋白质含量为投加GAC系统的近2倍,而其胶体物质和溶解性物质浓度分别为投加GAC系统的3.2和2.2倍。由此表明,投加GAC可大大减缓膜污染,延长膜的过滤周期。 Membrane fouling is an important factor of restricting the application of membrane bioreactor (MBR). By analyzing the change of membrane flux and filtration resistance in MBR with addition of granular activated carbon ( GAC ), the influence of GAC on MBR filtration performance was investigated. After 30 d of operation, the membrane flux in MBRs with and without addition of GAC is decreased to 31.3% and 91.7% of the initial values respectively. The total filtration resistance, polarization resistance, polysaecharides, protein, colloids and soluble matters in MBR without addition of GAC are 5.8 times, 19.4 times, 2 times, 2 times, 3.2 times and 2.2 times of those in MBR with addition of GAC respectively. It is concluded that the addition of GAC can alleviate membrane fouling and prolong membrane filtration cycle.
