城市交通系统与土地利用结构关系研究

A STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN URBAN TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM AND URBAN LAND USE STRUCTURE

阐述了城市交通系统与土地利用结构的内涵及其相互之间循环的作用与反馈关系，并指出城市交通规划的重要性及其过程中城市活动系统分析的意义。

Urban transportation system is a factor of the Urban land use strcture. They have relationship of feedback in cycles. In a short term, urban land development stimulates new departure and then influences the transportation system. In a long term, transportaiton system will change the depth and overall structure of the urban land development. To develop an ideal urban strcture, a good transportation system as the urban skelton should be developed in advance, and urban traffic planning should also be made first. Urban land structure and development is a spatial reflect of the urban intrametropolitan activity system. In urban traffic planning, the analysis of the intrametropolitan activity system should be emphasized. Linking the urban land use structure and the transportation system would help to establish logical and high efficiency urban transportation system. Intrametropolitan activity system of the traffic planning will hairs the following tasks: 1) Predicting the future conditions of the inttrametropolitan activity system as a basis for evaluation of the future needs of transportation. 2) Predicting the changes of the suggested transportation systems (including those of short term and long term) and their influences on the intrametroplotian activity system.
