摘要
研究了煤矸石加氢氧化铝及氧化铝合成莫来石熟料的可行性。实验表明,采用煤矸石和氢氧化铝可在1500℃完成莫来石化反应,到1550℃可得到接近理论密度的莫来石熟料。采用煤矸石和工业氧化铝(γ-Al2O3)反应,可在1550℃全部合成莫来石,到1600℃可得到接近理论密度的莫来石熟料。采用煤矸石加α-Al2O3所得样品性能最好,化学成分最纯。
The possibility of producing sintered mullite materials by using coal gangues and α Al 2O 3, industrial A 2O 3 and industrial Al(OH) 3 as raw materials has been studied.The experiments show that mullitization can be finished at about 1 500℃,and at 1 550℃ the samples can be well sintered,for the samples with coal gangues plus industrial Al(OH) 3 For the samples with coal gangues plus industrial Al 2O 3,mullitization can be finished at 1 550℃,and samples can be well sintered at 1 600℃.For the samples with coal gangues plus α Al 2O 3,mullitization can be finished at 1 600℃,and samples can be well sintered at 1 650℃.Samples with coal gangues and α Al 2O 3 have best properties and chemical composition.
