高耐候太阳能电池封装胶膜的制备与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决目前太阳能电池封装胶膜在室外老化条件下易变黄、脱胶,从而大幅度降低太阳能组件转换效率的问题,本实验以含高含量VA的EVA为基体,通过熔融混炼法添加各种助剂,挤出至模具,冷却,收卷,得到胶膜(厚度为0.5mm)EV-1、EV-2、EV-3、EV-4、EV-5。测定并分析了各样品在高温高湿(2000h)和紫外光老化实验(2000h)后的黄度指数及粘接强度的变化,并与国内及国外产品做了比较,结果表明,EV-5耐老化性能与国外产品接近,优于国内产品。 To solve the problems, e.g. delamination, discoloration of packaging film of solar cells occurring under outdoor weathering conditions, which will significantly reduce conversion efficiency of solar components, we made this experiment. It employs high-content VA as matrix of EVA, and employs melting blend method to add various auxiliaries. It is extruded to molds, then cooled down to get the film (0.5mm thick) EV-1, EV-2, EV-3, EV-4, EV-5. in the experiment, we measured and analyzed the change of each sample in discoloration indices and adhesion strength under high temperature and high humidity (2000h) and UV ageing conditions, in addition, we compared them with similar products made in abroad. Results show that the anti-ageing performances of EV-5 approximate overseas similar products, and are better than domestic similar products.
