摘要
通过对褐色蘑菇MC441透气袋栽培种不同的基质含水量、膨胀珍珠岩添加量、培养温度、冷藏温度等方面进行对比试验,并与同样冷藏3个月后的美国Sylvan公司的褐色蘑菇栽培种SB65、SB295进行出菇比较。结果表明:MC441的麦粒基质最适含水量为42%~45%;在小麦基质中添加干重比例为3%的膨胀珍珠岩(含水量预先调至72%),可使MC441经过3个月冷藏仍具有良好的外观和活力;MC441最适的培养温度在(21±1)℃;在2℃~4℃下,MC441经过3个月冷藏后出库成品率稳定在99%左右;MC441和进口的SB65、SB295之间,在产量和菇体大小方面不相上下,可以在国内替代进口菌种用于栽培褐色蘑菇。
With making spawn of portabella MC441 with unicorn bags, the contrast test for moistures of wheat, scale of perlite, cuhrue temperature and storage temperature were studied. The condition of producing mushroom MC441 were compared with SB65 and SB295 from Sylvan storaged three months. The results showed that the wheat moisture of 42% is good to make sub- strates of portabella spawn, and adding 3% perlite will make spawns keep good appearance and activity after cold storage for 3 months. (21±1)℃ is the suitable temperature for incubating of portabella spawns, in which spawns will keep rate of 99% in final products. The yield and diameter of fruitbody of MC441 are almost the same with SB65 and SB295, so we can use local porta- bella spawn instead of import one.
