Features and Genesis of Ooides in Carboniferous Bauxite in Shanxi Province

在重新划分山西省石炭纪铝土矿中鲕的类型基础之上，详细总结了各种类型鲕的特征，并结合石炭纪铝土矿的成矿古环境，深入探讨了鲕的形成过程，明确提出组成鲕的物质组分之颗粒细微。

Ooides are quite typical features of bauxite. On the basis of dividing the new types of the ooides the authors have summed up the features of all the types of the ooides in the carboniferous bauxite in Shanxi Province, and have analysed the genesis of each type of the ooides, combining the forming environment of the bauxite. It is suggested that the fine particles within the ooide, strong adhesive capacity among them and the hot moist climate are the main factors that control the ooide formation.
