摘要
采用非线性有限元接触分析方法,选择恰当的单元,定义合适的实常数和关键字,模拟钢管与混凝土相互作用,对某斜拉桥圆端形钢管微膨胀混凝土双肢塔柱进行数值模拟分析。然后,结合应力监测试验数据,与接触分析结果进行对比,结果表明采用的有限元模型和接触分析方法是合理的,在施工阶段,圆端形钢管微膨胀混凝土双肢塔柱钢管对混凝土套箍作用不明显,圆端形截面中圆弧段与矩形段结合处为黏结作用的薄弱环节。
By nonlinear finite element contact analysis method, selecting appropriate units,definiting suitable real constants and KEYOPTS, simulating interaction between steel and concrete, round-ended micro-expansive concrete filled steel tubes coupled tower of a cable-stayed bridge was analysized.Then with experimental data of stress monitoring experimentation, compared with the results of contact analysis.The comparing re- suits showed that the finite element model and the method of contact analysis are reasonable.At the same time, in the construction phase, the con- finement effect of CFST of the tower was not obvious,and the adhesive effect of the junction of arc-shaped and rectangular in the round-ended cross-section was weak.
