摘要
针对建筑垃圾、粉煤灰双掺在压制成型水泥基材料的应用进行研究,探索了建筑垃圾取代全部河砂、粉煤灰以不同掺量取代水泥时对水泥基材料强度和耐久性的影响规律。研究结果表明:在建筑垃圾取代全部河砂的前提下,掺有粉煤灰的水泥基材料强度随粉煤灰掺量的增加而降低;随着养护龄期的延长,水泥基材料的强度增长率随着粉煤灰掺量的增加呈增加趋势。在耐久性能方面,粉煤灰掺量≤50%时,满足D100的抗冻等级指标,掺量达到66.7%时,只能满足D50的抗冻等级指标。
According to the search of construction waste and fly ash application in cement-based materials, the strength and durability of ce- ment-based materials mixed into fly ash were studied on different dosages on the basis of construction waste instead of all sands and fly ash instead of cement.The result shows that the strength of cement-based materials mixed into construction waste and fly ash decreases with fly ash dosages increasing;With prolongation of curing time of cement,the strength of cement-based materials growth rate increases with fly ash dosages increas- ing in all of the construction waste instead of sand.The cement-based materials meet D 100 frost resisting class indication when fly ash dosages is lower than 50%, meet D50 frost resisting class indication when fly ash dosages reaches 66.7% in durability.
