摘要
外掺MgO在碾压混凝土中分布的均匀性与搅拌时间和掺入方法紧密相关。目前普遍采用延长混凝土搅拌时间来提高MgO分布均匀性的方法,该法在满足均匀性的同时却严重影响了混凝土的产量。从MgO的掺入方法入手,提出了制备MgO悬浮液和多点分散加入的创新方法。试验和工程实践证明,在不延长拌和时间的条件下可使MgO分布的均匀性达到良好水平,实现了MgO碾压混凝土的快速均匀拌制。
The uniformity additive MgO in roller compacted concrete is closely related to churning time and mixed method.At present the uni- formity additive MgO is usually improved by prolong the churning time,this method meet the uniformity needs but badly influence the output of the concrete.Starts with the addition method of MgO, this paper presents a new approach :preparation of MgO suspension and multidispersion ad- dition to resolve the problem.Experimental and practice of engineering showed that under no prolong the churning time conditions the uniformity of MgO tend to be fine and realize quick homogeneous mixing roller compacted concrete incorporating MgO.
