影响恶性肿瘤组织拉曼光谱因素的探讨

Study on factors of Raman spectra of malignant tissues

探讨了激光的波长、组织样品的形态、冰冻组织切片的厚度、组织样品的离体时间以及组织样品的保存条件等因素对恶性肿瘤组织拉曼光谱的影响.结果表明,以上因素对恶性肿瘤组织拉曼光谱具有显著的影响.

This paper discusses that wavelength of laser, conformation of tissue, thickness of frost slice of tissue, time of departing from body of tissue and preserving condition of tissue influence on spectra of tissue. The result shows that spectra of tumoral tissue are strongly influenced by these factors.
