摘要
研究了Fenton试剂对甲基丙烯醛生产废水的处理效果,考察了[H_2O_2]/[Fe^(2+)]摩尔比,H_2O_2初始浓度,pH值,反应时间,温度对废水COD_(cr)去除率的影响,确定了最佳的COD_(cr)去除率条件.结果表明:当pH=2.5,[H_2O_2]/[Fe^(2+)]摩尔比为26.4:1,温度为25℃,反应时间为5 h,甲基丙烯醛生产废水COD_(cr)浓度为812 mg/L时,COD_(cr)去除率达71.4%,处理效果良好.
Fenton's reagent that was employed for treating the wastewater coming from methacrolein prod-uction was studied. The effects of reaction time, [H2O2 ]/[Fe2+ ] mole ratio ,pH value, initial concentration of H2O2 ,and temperature on CODe, removal were investigated. The results showed that 71. 4% of CODor was removed under the optimum conditions : CODcr=812 mg/L, [H2O2]/[Fe^2+]=26.4 : 1,pH =2.5, 25 ℃. 5 h
