摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅-氧化铝(PI/SiO_2-Al_2O_3)杂化薄膜.运用红外光谱仪、示差扫描量热仪和紫外-可见分光光度计分别测试了亚胺化过程中各阶段杂化膜的特征基团吸收峰的变化,反应热以及紫外-可见光透过率.使用原子力显微镜分析了无机相在亚胺化各阶段的形貌变化.通过这些分析推测了杂化薄膜的分子结构.
Polyimide/silica-alumina (PI/SiO2-Al2O3)hybrid films were fabricated using silicon and aluminum sols obtained by sol-gel method. Imidization process is analysed by Fourier transform infrared spectra, differential scanning calorimeter and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The microstructures of hybrid films during the imidization process were examined by atomic force microscope. Based on these results,the molecular structure of hybrid films was predicted.
