油菜一个WRKY基因对盐胁迫和干旱胁迫的表达响应 被引量:9

Expression response of A WRKY gene to salt and drought stress in rapeseed

摘要 以抗性不同的3个油菜品系为材料,半定量RT-RCR方法检测油菜叶片WRKY转录因子家族的BnD11基因在高盐和干旱胁迫下的表达情况.高盐和干旱胁迫6 h后BnD11基因表达量即有明显调高,在抗性最强的‘862’品系中表达量增加幅度最高,而在抗性最弱的‘1821’品系中表达量增加幅度最少.结果表明BnD11基因表达量与油菜品系抗性强度具有明显正相关性,可能在油菜抗(耐)盐和干旱的生理过程中具有重要作用. Three strains of rapeseed with different stress tolerance ( ‘ 1821’ , ‘ 139 ’and ‘ 862’) were subjected to salt (0.15 mol/L NaC1) and drought (12% PEG-6000) stress. The expression of BnDll gene in their leaves was detected with semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The mRNA accumulation of BnDll in- creased significantly 6 h after salt and drought treatment. The expression of the gene increased the highest in ‘862’ , which had the strongest resistance than the others, while the expression of the gene increased the lowest in '1821', which had the weakest resistance. These results indicated that the expression level of BnD11 was positively related to rapeseed resistance, which may be of great importance to resist salt and drought stress for rapeseed.
