摘要
探讨了聚乙烯醇(PVA)、盐酸、丁烯醛以及反应温度对聚乙烯醇缩丁烯醛水溶液粘度及强度的影响;并探讨了低残余醛水溶液制备的两类工艺方法,从而获得环保型聚乙烯醇缩丁烯醛胶。
The effect of hydrochloric acid, crotonaldehyde and temperature on viscosity of the solution of poly (vinyl erotonal), and the two remove processes of crotonaldehyde, the method of precipitate and the chemistry method of urea processing, were studied. The results showed that the loss of poly (vinyl crotonal) was small, the velocity of precipitate was rapid, the volatile loss of crotonaldehyde was low, and it could get the solution of the low erotonaldehyde by the precipitate method of adding sulfate.
