综述了淀粉类、纤维素类和氨基糖类等天然高分子基表面活性剂的研究概况,并对表面活性剂工业发展的方向提出了展望。
The research advance of natural polymer surfactant, such as starch, cellulose and chitosan, was reviewed. The development direction of the surfactant industry was proposed.
