摘要 目的观察维生素B_(12)与50%葡萄糖混合液外敷治疗放射性湿性皮肤损伤的疗效。方法将50例Ⅱ度放射性湿性皮肤损伤患者随机分为治疗组25例,用维生素B_(12)与50%葡萄糖混合液外敷,对照组25例用康复新外涂,两组均以7d为1个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为88%和60%,两组比较,有统计学意义(x^2=5.09,P<0.05)。结论维生素B_(12)与50%葡萄糖混合液外敷治疗放射性皮肤湿性损伤,疗效确切。 Objective To observe the effectiveness of external applied mixture of 50% glucose and vitamin B12 in the treatment of radiation-induced skin lesions. Methods Fifty patients who were diagnosed as degree Ⅱ radiation-induced skin lesions were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n=25) and the control group (n:25). The patients in the treatment group were treated with mixture of 50% glucose and vitamin B12, and those in the control group with external applied Kangfuxin. Both groups received the treatment for 7 days as one course of treatment. Results The curetive rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88 % and 60 %, respectively(χ2=5.09, P〈0.05). Conclusion External applied mixture of 50% glucose and vitamin B12 may have effectiveness in treating radiation-induced skin lesions.
