解毒祛湿汤治疗囊肿型痤疮60例临床研究

Effect of Jiedu Qushi Tang on 60 Cystic Acne Cases

目的:观察解毒祛湿汤治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选择临床诊断为囊肿型痤疮的患者120例随机分为解毒祛湿汤治疗组和维胺酯胶囊对照组,观察其局部主症变化和安全性,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组和对照组均较治疗前皮损有明显改善(P<0.05),2组疗效差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。且治疗组无不良反应。结论:解毒祛湿汤治疗囊肿型痤疮有效、安全,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Jiedu Qushi Tang for cystic acne. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients were randomly grouped to be treated with Jiedu Qushi Tang or retimid-ester respectively, rice observed the topical symptom alleviation and drug safety, and performed relevant statistic analysis. Results： Both groups showed significant symptom alleviation （ P 〈 0. 05 ） after treatment, with no significant efficacy differences in between （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Untoward action did not appear with Jiedu Qushi Tang. Conclusion： Jiedu Qushi Tang is effective and safe for the treatment of cystic ache, thus is recommended for wide application.
