摘要
深层过滤是水处理工程中的基本单元方法,在油田注水处理、石化厂废水治理方面有很重要的地位。本文应用深层过滤数学模型和Kozeng方程,建立了深层过滤的阻力模型;在进行了针对新型滤料——炉渣的实验测定基础之上,给出了具体的关于炉渣滤料的床层压力降与悬浮物浓度的关系式。实验结果分析表明,本文所提出的阻力模型是符合实际的;同时利用阻力模型设计了一套计算机控制系统,实现了深层过滤过程的自动化监测。
The deep bed filter is one of the basic units in water treatment engineering,it plays an important role in the produced water treatment of oil field and waste water treatment of refineries.By way of the combined calculation with mathematical model of the deep bed filter and Kozeng equation,it obtained the head loss model of the deep bed filter;Under the foundation of doing a great number of determining experinments about a new kind of filter media cinder filter media,it obtained the concrete formula of suspension material concentration and head loss about cinder filter media.The experiment results indicalte that the head loss model is accord with practice.The pater applies the head loss model to design a set of computer control system,it can be realized automatic surveillance of deep bed filter process.
