摘要
不规则的薄的形体,其面积的测量比较复杂,通常在要求快速性的情况下,往往无能为力。本文介绍一种应用线阵CCD测量面积的原理和方法,由单片机实现数据的采集、处理和测量过程的控制,简化对不规则形体面积的分割、积算过程。研究表明,测量精度得到提高,测量效率成倍增加。适合各种场合的面积测量。
The area of thin object is difficult to measure, especially when its surface is arbitrary. Because lack of effective method, it was impossible to determine the area rapidly and accurately. In this paper, a method, using linear CCD image device to measure the area of irregular surface, is introduced. By using single chip processor as acquisition interface, image pixels are caught, controlled and processed. The process, the surface differentiated and area integrated, is simplified. The research work has induced that the efficiency of the measuring and data processing is highly improved, the area precision taken is also increased. It is fit for various area measuring situation.
