摘要
北部湾经济区作为后发区域,其协调发展除了需要采取统筹兼顾的根本方法以外,还要按照北部湾经济区规划的要求,适时推进行政管理体制改革,创新管理模式和运行机制,构建区域合作政府,为区域空间协调与区域发展过程协调提供机制保障。
As Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is a new developing region, its coordinated development needs taking overall balanced planning as the basic method. Besides, in order to provide guarantee mechanism for the co-ordinations of regional space and development process, reforming administration system at proper time. innovations in management and operation mechanism, and setting up regional cooperation government are also needed in accordance with the planning requirements of Beibu Bay Economic Zone.
