摘要
傣族和尚生的教育问题,已经成为傣族教育中最棘手的问题之一。从云南西双版纳州勐罕镇中学的傣族和尚生看,文化差异导致和尚生群体存在着"反学校文化",挑战着教师权威,因而重构师生关系对傣族和尚生的教育具有重要意义。
The educational problems of the Dai monk-students have become one of the most intractable problems of the education in Dai areas. According to the case study of the Dai monk-students from Menghan middle school in Xishuangbanna, cultural differences lead to the "anti-school culture" among the monk students, which challenges the authority of teachers. Therefore, the reconstruction of the relationship between teacher and student is of great significance to the education of Dai Monk-students.
