Design Method of Sequence Control System with Superfluous State Memory

在顺序控制系统设计一般方法的基础上，根据使用单片机及ＰＬＣ作为控制器的特点，提出了设置冗余记忆状态的断续控制系统设计法。这种方法以减少设计工作量为主要目的，通过设置冗余记忆状态简化了设计过程，还有利于避免人为错误和实现控制系统的计算机辅助设计，因而可用于工程上大量的顺序控制系统（特别是较为大型的系统）或控制系统的计算机辅助设计。

On the basis of general design method of sequence control system,by the funtion of the PLC or microcontroller,the paper advances a new design method,which possesses superfluous state memories.By means of the superfluous atate memories,the method may simplify process of the design work,avoid the personal mistake,and make the computer aidcd design easier.So it may be used for a large quantity of sequence control system,especially the complicated system in engineering,and CAD in this field.
