摘要
研究了"淬火-配分-(回火)"(Q-P(-T))工艺处理对35Si2Ni2钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,并与传统的淬火回火(Q-T)工艺进行比较,用SEM、TEM、XRD分析了微观组织。试验结果表明:相对于传统Q-T工艺,经Q-P工艺处理后得到了较多的残余奥氏体,强度水平稍有降低,而塑韧性明显提高,经Q-P工艺处理后再进行回火处理,残余奥氏体分解,析出ε碳化物,导致Q-P工艺处理钢的屈服强度升高,屈强比升高。
The effect of "Quenching-Partitioning-(Tempering) (Q-P(-T)) process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 35Si2Ni2 steel were investigated, and compared them with traditional Quenching-Tempering(Q-T) process. Microstructure was studied by using SEM, TEM and XRD. The results show that samples treated by quenching-partitioning get more retained austenite compared with traditional quenching-tempering process, the strength decrease slightly, while the ductility and toughness improved markedly. Retained austenite of the samples treated by quenching-partitioning-tempering process decomposited and ε carbides precipitated, which resulted the increasing of yield strength, as well as the yield ratio.
