ICU医护人员对专科护士工作认可度及ICU专科护士自我效能感的调查

Investigation on peer work acceptance rate and self-efficacy of ICU clinical specialized nurses

目的了解ICU医护人员对ICU专科护士工作认可度及ICU护士的自我效能感。方法选择本院ICU专科护士所在科室的30名医生和60名普通护士采用自行设计的ICU医护人员对专科护士工作认可度调查表,调查其对ICU专科护士认可度;采用自我效能量表对49名ICU专科护士和60名ICU普通护士进行自我效能感的调查。结果93.3%以上的医生和86.7%以上的普通护士认为ICU专科护士在独立完成工作能力、解决专科疑难问题能力、质量管理能力、应急能力、人力资源调配能力、教学能力、沟通能力都较强。ICU专科护士自我效能感总分为(3.10±0.36)分,普通ICU护士为(2.22±0.40)分,两者比较,经统计学分析,t=11.15,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,ICU专科护士自我效能感较普通ICU护士高。结论实践训练与理论一体化的ICU临床专科护士培训模式,对培养具有较强的理论实践能力、解决临床问题能力和同行认可度高的ICU专科护士具有积极的作用,从而提高了ICU专科护士的自我效能感。

Objective To analyze the effect of training intensive care unit （ICU） clinical specialized nurses through investigation on the peer acceptance rate and self-efficacy of ICU clinical specialized nurses in our hospital. Method Thirty physicians and 60 common ICU nurses from our hospital were investigated by a self-design questionnaire of ICU clinical specialized nurses＇ peer acceptance rate and 49 ICU clinical specialized nurses and 60 common ICU nurses were investigated by general self-efficacy scale. Results 93.3% physicians and 86.7% nurses believed that ICU clinical specialized nurses had strong capability to finish work independently, cope with the difficult problems, and had strong quality management capability, emergency capability, human resource allocation capability, teaching capability and communication ability. The score of general self-efficacy scale of ICU clinical specialized nurses was （3.10 ± 0.36） and the score of common ICU nurses was （2.22 ± 0.40）, and the difference was significant （t = 11.15, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The ICU clinical specialized training mode that includes clinical training and theory training is effective in culturing ICU clinical specialized nurses who are strong in nursing theory, clinical care and have high peer acceptance rate and self efficacy.
