31例股青肿病人药物治疗的护理

目的总结31例股青肿病人药物治疗的护理要点。方法回顾性分析31例股青肿病人的护理,包括心理护理、疼痛护理、药物并发症的护理。结果31例病人经综合药物疗法治疗好转,其中1例轻微肺栓塞,经呼吸科针对性治疗后恢复;牙龈出血4例;皮下出血8例。结论严密的观察和细致的护理是股青肿病人药物治疗成功的关键。

Objective To summarize the nursing strategies in drug treatment of 31 cases of thigh bruise patients. Method Nursing experiences for 31 cases of thigh bruise, including psychological care, pain care, and drug complications were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 31 patients improved through integrated drug treatment. One case of mild pulmonary embolism was cured after targeted respiratory therapies. During the treatment, bleeding gums occurred in 4 patients, subcutaneous bleeding occurred in 8 patients. Conclusion Close observation and meticulous care are the keys to the success of the drug treatment of thigh bruise patients
