全球化背景下多元公民身份体系的建构

Construction of Multi-citizenship System under the Globalization Background

公民身份是连结个体与民族国家的制度性纽带,体现了个体与国家之间的互惠关系。在全球化时代,以民族国家作为参照系的公民身份越来越受到侵蚀。全球化不仅外在地削弱了公民身份与民族国家之间的制度性关联,而且还内在地给个体的自我认同机制造成了改变。针对这种情况,本文提出了多元公民身份体系的构想。多元公民身份超越民族国家的视界,建立一个包括亚国家、国家和超国家层级在内的公民身份体系,以应对全球化所带来的政治空间和认同方式的改变。

Citizenship is the institutional ligament and the reciprocal relationship between the individual and the nation-state. In the global age, citizenship which bases on the nation state has faced various challenges. Globalization has not only weakened the institutional linkage between the citizenship and the nation-state, but also inherently set crises to individual＇s self-identity mechanism. This paper advances that, in order to overcome the contemporary dilemma of the citizenship, we must set out beyond the nation-state and construct a multi citizenship system which contains the sub-state citizenship, the state citizenship, the regional citizenship and the world citizenship.
