摘要
介绍了轴向磁悬浮轴承系统的结构及其与位移传感器的关系,以及非接触差动电感位移传感器的基本构成和性能;讨论了这种位移传感器在电磁轴承系统中应用的特点及可行性,并在此类传感器的试验装置上做了其静特性分析实验,给出了部分实验结果。
This paper is concerned with an analysis of the construction of a thrust active magnetic bearing(TAMB) system and the relations between the system and above displacement sensors, a discussion on the principles of the contactless differential conduct displacement sensor and the advantageous of this sensor, such as high sensitivity and good linearity, as well as the realization for this sensor used in a experiment rig of the thrust active magnetic bearing system. On above foundation, a type of the experiment of applying the sensor were mentioned, and some tests are carried out and some experimental results describing the static characteristics of the sensor are presented herein also.
