摘要 本文介绍了一种能直接检测生物体液中荧光物质的荧光检测仪。该荧光仪带有一光纤探头,可直接插入动物体内接收荧光信号,实现在位测量。为了提高荧光接收本领,探头中输入输出用同一光纤。利用计算机的并行口输出脉冲以控制步进电机而带动色散棱镜转动,并实时采集光谱信号且实时显示。通过对光谱进行分析,可以推测许多生物量。 This paper introduces a fluorometer which can directly measure the fluorescence in the living liquid. This fluorometer is equipped with an optical fiber probe which can directly insert into the animal's body to receive the fluorescence signal and perform measurement in situ. In order to improve the ability of receiving fluorescence of the probe, the exciting light and emitting light are propagated in same fiber. In other hand, the computer control the stepward motor to rotate so as to drive the quart prism rotating. Meanwhile, the optical signal is sampled and displayed in the screen of the computer in real time. Through analyzing the spectrum, we can measure lots of signal of the living body with the fluorometer.
