摘要
将流动注射分光光度法与铁催化的过氧化氢氧化藏红T褪色反应体系相结合,建立了一种反相流动注射催化光度法测定水中铁的快速分析方法。在优化试验条件下,铁的检出限为0.03mg/L。采用该方法测定水样中的铁,其相对标准偏差≤1.9%,加标回收率为103.7%~104.9%,结果令人满意。
A rapid method for determination of iron in water by reverse flow injection spectrophotometry based on the catalytic effect of iron on the redox reaction between hydrogen peroxide and safranine T was established. Under the optimized condition, the detection limit of iron is 0.03 mg/L, the relative standard deviation is equal to or less than 1.9%, and the recovery of standard addition is 103.7% to 104.9% with a satisfactory result.
