摘要
主要介绍了48kW大功率高频开关电源的研制。介绍了国内外开关电源的现状,分析了全桥移相变换器的工作原理和软开关技术的实现,软开关能降低开关损耗,提高电路效率。给出了电源系统的整体设计及主要器件的选择。试验结果表明,该装置完全满足了设计要求,并成功地应用于电镀生产线上。
The analysis and design of 48kW high frequency switching power supply is presented. The present state of switching power supply is firstly introduced. Then the operating principle of full bridge phase-shifted converter and realization of soft switching techniques are also analyzed. Soft switching can reduce switching loss and increase circuit efficiency. Integer designing of power supply system and selection of main device parameters are also proposed. The experiment results demonstrate the power supply device satisfies design requirements completely. It has been applied in electric plating production line successfully,
