摘要
在采用PMSM作为执行电机的交流伺服控制系统中,电机转子位置的检测是基础。本文针对同步电机转子旋变型位置传感器激磁信号的产生,提出了4种不同的解决方案,通过仿真、工程实践等方法进行了对比分析,最后得到最佳方案——对脉宽调制信号进行低通滤波。
In the AC servo control systems which use the AC permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM ) to be the executing motor, the motor rotor position examination is a foundation. Aimed at the exciting magnetism signal production which is used by rotary transformer position sensor of the synchronous motor rotor, four different kinds of solutions are proposed. By using the methods such as simulation, project practice and so on, the contrastive analysis is carried on, and the final conclusion by using the lowpass to deal with the PWM is given.
